Unlike (IQ) which is more fixed throughout our lives, we can always take time and practice to develop our emotional intelligence to get must better results in business and relationships. Using theories of Daniel Goleman this workshop takes you through what (EI) and how to develop it successfully.

They can overcome emotional obstacles and understand why others feel the way they do. They resolve conflict quickly, recover rapidly from setbacks, are good in a crisis, strong communicators and successful where others fail.
