Our Positive Psychology & Understanding Wellbeing course focuses on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and how knowledge of these “types” can help us develop a better understanding of ourselves and others. This course MBTI will help you apply this knowledge to:

Bringing mindfulness into the workplace is a key part of the day and is an invaluable tool for finding a calm and wellbeing state in a chaotic and fast paced working environment. Delegates will examine the benefits of walking outside, to enable the mind to take in sights, sounds and feelings that are at our fingertips, to explore how this not only opens our world yet how it is proven to lower Blood Pressure and help the mind become more creative.
Mindfulness is used to allow individuals to be in the now and present, so they can focus on what matters to them and help bring clarity and calmness.
